Embodied by TLC is a 4-week program focused on somatic healing and movement to support your sobriety.

Over 30 days, you will:

  • Develop a consistent, sustainable embodiment practice

  • Receive live instruction in yoga, meditation, sound healing, emotional processing, and cardiovascular movement every week

  • Grow your community of sober friends & connections

  • Feel the power of one of the five core practices of sobriety: embodiment

  • Learn tools and practices for emotional regulation and healing

  • Have access to all TLC's daily sobriety support meetings

LIVE CALLS:

Fridays @ 3 PM ET // Weekly Emotional Intelligence Call with Kiola Raines

RECORDED SESSIONS:

Delivered every day throughout the course (except Friday) by 5 am ET

Curriculum

All Embodied offerings will be pre-recorded and available by 5 am ET daily. The Friday live calls at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET will also be recorded and made available for those who cannot attend.

Sundays

Yoga with Mo Landsman. This will be a light Asana practice accessible for all levels.

Mondays

Sound healing with Kelvin Young. Experience this ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation.

Tuesdays

Embodying play with various instructors. Learn the magic of play!

Wednesdays

Meditation with Natalie Austin, utilizing various techniques and visualizations.

Thursdays

Mindful movement with Kiola Raines. Light-medium cardiovascular movements to get the blood pumping and the breath moving.

Fridays

LIVE Emotional Intelligence calls with Kiola Raines.

Saturdays

A new weekly lesson will be delivered.

Meet Your Teachers

  • Kiola Raines, Lead Instuctor

    MS-Exercise Psychology, Precision Nutrition-Pn1 Coach, CalMHSA - Peer Support Specialist, SMART Recovery - Certified Facilitator

    Early on in Kiola’s sobriety journey, she discovered the power of using fitness and nutrition to sustain long-term sobriety. With over a decade of coaching experience and ongoing education, Kiola is a wealth of tools, knowledge, and support for sobriety, fitness, and life.

  • Natalie Austin

    IAPRC Certified Recovery Coach, She Recovers Designated Coach, Gray Area Drinking Certified Coach, IIN Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, 200 Hour RYT Yoga Certification, Y12SR Certified Teacher, Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher

    Natalie is a trained facilitator, coach, and alchemist. Sober since 2015, she’s an introverted-extrovert truth-teller, a lover of plants, crystals, oils, tarot, the moon, and all things woo. She’s deeply passionate about supporting people in recovery and believes that connection and community are paramount and that recovery is not one size fits all – that each person requires different modalities and pathways. Natalie lives in Northern California with her daughters and a sweet but slightly neurotic cat.

  • Mo Landsman

    B.S. in Neuroscience, Doctor of Dental Surgery, 200 hour CYT Yoga Instructor

    Mo is first and foremost a seeker. She works as a general dentist in a group practice in Longmont, CO. Outside of the office, Mo enjoys joyful movement, long naps, deep connection, belly laughs, being in nature, and finding humor in life’s little absurdities. She is committed to a lifelong journey of healing and is passionate about being of service to others on their healing journeys.

    Kelvin is a speaker, writer, and recovery advocate. He was featured in the powerful documentary, Uprooting Addiction, and is the author of Finding Freedom Behind Bars: A Journey Of Self-Discovery & Healing. Kelvin is passionate about holding space for people to heal and is known for his warm, loving, and down-to-earth way of connecting.

Here’s what you’ll get…

  • Every day throughout the course, you will receive a pre-recorded embodiment class. Classes are delivered at 5 am ET and can be done anytime.

  • Each week, you'll get to practice yoga, sound healing, play, mindful movement, meditation, and emotional processing.

  • Learn accessible, powerful tools for Embodiment - one of our five core practices of sobriety.

  • Daily accountability through simple check-ins in our App.

  • Access 24x7 support through your phone.

  • Throughout the course, you will have access to all TLC’s sobriety support meetings. We offer over 55 meetings per week, including 50+, Young Adult, Movement, BIPOC, Queer, Men’s, Women’s, and Newcomer meetings.

Cost

Registration is a one-time payment of $129 plus the regular TLC Community fee of $26/month.

If you’re already a member of TLC, the course is $129.

Note: No refunds or rollovers will be offered into the next program if you cannot participate.
