Here’s the scoop.
TLC Book Study is a 4-week program facilitated by TLC meeting leader Jessica Dueñas. This is a fun, interactive way to engage with other TLC members and learn helpful tools to support your recovery!
Included:
Weekly live calls on Thursdays at 8 pm ET and Saturdays at 2 pm ET throughout the month
Small group discussions in the book study space and breakouts during the live calls
Weekly worksheets to explore and process the book material
Daily discussion board to engage with the community

Meet Jessica
Jessica is a certified coach, educator, and mental health and recovery advocate. She has appeared on NPR, CBS Evening News, and Red Table Talk. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Jessica comes from a Latinx background with a Cuban father and Costa Rican mother.
Jessica has an MS in Education: Teaching Students with Disabilities, an Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership, is an IFC-Certified Coach from The Life Coach Institute, a registered NAADAC (National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors) counselor, and was voted the 2019 Kentucky State Teacher of the Year.
